BOXGUTS had come to form just as the gargantuan mass of feeding larvae had grown full. As the luminous ever so swollen stomachs erupted in a geyser that shot out into the surrounding atmosphere, new life had appeared to emerge from a radiating spiral of high-energy pixels and

wind-tethered entrails in the form of a civilian man with the ability to deliver visual binary encodings from an origin unknown. In 2004, Boxguts linked up with Virus Crew, Johnny 23. Little detail is known of the incidents that proceeded...

'Boxguts various art credits include everything, from walls on the streets of NY, to pieces inside celebrity apartments, to logo credits on Max Hardcore's 'Extreme School Girls 16' with LoDeck, to album covers for independent artists.
Boxguts, also known as artist/painter Doug Hoffman, strives to bring the same intensely vivid and unique other-worldly aesthetics to his writing and delivery as he exhibits in his paintings and drawings.

Also a founding member of Sarasota Florida’s Boxer Rebellion, Boxguts has recorded various tracks collaborating with visual artists/MCs HaacWon and Saurus. They plan on releasing an EP in the near future.
